Guizhou
means a treasure land in Chinese as well as in China, as
well as a harmoniously combination of man and nature and
a pure land. Above 90% of its land is mountainous, made
of carbonate. Having been eroded by nature for millions
of years, this karst land is full of natural wonders on
the ground and underground. Guizhou is also very multinational
with a dozen ethnic groups. Hundreds of minority communities
scatter all over the province, having been living harmoniously
with each other for hundreds of years. Their different cultures
and lifestyles are exotically rare. Beautiful scenery and
exotic ethnic cultures foster a province of natural parks.
