1994年，我省体操运动员罗丽代表中国在第三届世界体操单项锦标赛中获得高低杠冠军，迄今为止，这是贵州体操运动员取得的最好成绩。 
    从1989年到1994年，罗丽的名字在全国乃至世界体操界传开:全国青少年锦标赛、全国城市运动会、全国体操锦标赛、香港国际邀请赛、莫斯科新闻杯、罗马尼亚体操比赛、泛太平洋联盟杯、东亚运动会、意大利国际大奖赛等各种体操比赛中，屡屡获得团体、全能、高低杠或者自由体操的冠军等好成绩。 
    1995年，20岁的罗丽告别体操运动生涯，回到贵州，1998年，她又回到了曾经付出过巨大精力的体操房，成了一名培养体操运动员的教练，她想用她的技术、技巧和经验，培养出能够取得成绩的体操健儿。

    In 1994, Luo Li won the gold medal of the uneven bars at the 3ird International Gymnastics Games. So far this has been the best score of all in Guizhou Province. From 1989 to 1994, Luo Li won a bunch of outstanding awards internationally and domestically. In 1995 when she was 20 years old, Luo Li bid a farewell to her sports career and came back to Guizhou, her home country. In 1998 Luo Li came back as a gymnastic coach, wishing to train more sports stars by teaching her own experiences and skills as an international gold medallist.
